Performance characteristics:
This series of products has a fast working speed and is equipped with an automatic spray and lubrication system for the mold. The hydraulic system adopts an electro-hydraulic proportional servo system, with high pressure accuracy and positioning accuracy, meeting the needs of different processes for hydraulic presses. Die forgings can achieve less cutting or no cutting, with high production efficiency and low cost, and are being used more and more in machining.
The fuselage of this series of products adopts finite element stress analysis and optimization design. The structural parts are welded by German Kruse welding robot. After welding, heat treatment is carried out according to the standard to eliminate the welding internal stress. Five axis gantry machining center is used for processing. The equipment has good accuracy retention, long service life and mold protection. The cylinder block and rod of the oil cylinder are all made of integral forgings, with superior performance. Imported sealing rings are used, with good sealing effect, accurate control and long service life of the oil cylinder.
