Product introduction:
The machine body of this series of products can move along the length direction of the long worktable. The worktable is equipped with workpiece jacking and rotating devices, and the straightening anvil can move; Workpiece rotation, horizontal movement of rotating device and movement of anvil are driven by hydraulic or motor, which reduces the heavy work of moving workpieces.
Areas of adaptation:
This equipment is mainly used for the straightening process of large and medium-sized steel pipes and long shaft parts.
Performance characteristics:
This series of products adopt the finite element stress analysis and optimization design. The structural parts are welded by the German Kruse welding robot. After welding, heat treatment is carried out according to the standard to eliminate the welding internal stress. The five axis gantry machining center is used for processing. The equipment has good accuracy retention, long service life and mold protection;
The power system and drive system are installed separately and integrally, and there is no hydraulic pump station on the ground;
Advanced cone valve design, fast response, good sealing, not easy to produce internal leakage;
Infrared ranging is adopted to automatically find out the bending position of the workpiece for correction.
