Product introduction:
This series of products are mainly used for forging large free pieces, which can complete all processes of free forging such as ingot elongation, upsetting, punching, reaming, mandrel elongation, torsion, bending, stagger displacement, chopping and cutting, and produce forgings consisting of shafts, bars, plates, cakes, rings and circles. Generally, the front of the press is equipped with forging machine operator, loading and reclaiming machine, rotating material table, anvil warehouse, lifting and other supporting auxiliary devices to cooperate with the press to complete the forging process action. This series of hydraulic press is equipped with quick unloading valve and high-frequency cartridge valve, with high forging frequency.

This equipment is mainly used for forging production in electric equipment, shipbuilding, petrochemical, metallurgical equipment, aerospace, machine tools and other industries.
Performance characteristics:
This series of products adopts the finite element stress analysis and optimization design. The structural parts are welded by the German Kruse welding robot. After welding, heat treatment is carried out according to the standard to eliminate the welding internal stress. Five axis gantry machining center is used for processing. The equipment has good accuracy retention, long service life and mold protection.
