Product introduction:
This series of products are equipped with a buffer system by using the hydraulic press for the multi column frame longitudinal beam developed by the company, which can simultaneously complete the blanking and forming process of the automobile longitudinal beam. It is equipped with a slider parallelism control system. The main oil cylinder is directly controlled by a digital pump for synchronization, and can be equipped with an automatic feeding device. It is mainly engaged in the blanking, pressing and forming processes of the large car sill, as well as other plastic materials. Multiple independent control systems are adopted for hydraulic pads, which do not interfere with each other. Different hydraulic pads can be selected to participate in the work according to the length of the workpiece. The press is equipped with auxiliary loading and unloading device, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves the production efficiency.
Areas of adaptation:
This equipment is mainly applied to the blanking, pressing and forming process of the bottom beams of heavy special trucks, such as heavy trucks, natural gas heavy trucks, dump trucks, aviation equipment trucks, fire trucks, etc.
Performance characteristics:
This series of products adopts the finite element stress analysis and optimization design. The structural parts are welded by the German Kruse welding robot. After welding, heat treatment is carried out according to the standard to eliminate the welding internal stress. Five axis gantry machining center is used for processing. The equipment has good accuracy retention, long service life and mold protection.
Servo zero pressure inching mold alignment function, convenient for accurate mold alignment and mold repair.
PLC touch screen control, press parameters can be stored and called.
